The set consists of two inserts with a total weight of 12 lbs (5.5 kg) – ideal for strength training, endurance training and simulating real combat conditions. Special structural notches increase flexibility, allowing the plates to conform to the body and not restrict movement ergonomics during shooting, running or functional exercises.
