**ADEQUATE TIME WILL BE PROVIDED FOR LUNCH**
**LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ATHLETES, VOLUNTEERS, AND STAFF (not spectators)**
This event will consist of a combination of fitness and shooting stages and action shooting stages. It is going to be very similar to what a competitor would see at a regional Tactical Games event, so it is the perfect place to get introduced to the sport or to get some extra repetitions in to prepare.
This event will consist of 4 stages total
- (2) TTG style stages that mix fitness and shooting
- (1) Shooting only stage
- (1) Physical only stage
Gear needed:
- Belt
- Holster
- Mag Pouches
- Plate Carrier
- Mags for rifle and pistol (5 each)
- Ear Protection
- Eye Protection
- A2 Flash hider/ forward directing muzzle device
- Hydration
- Snacks
- Approximately 150 rounds per weapon system- 300 total.
(The actual amount needed may be less)

- (1) shooting-only stage
- (1) physical-only stage
- Required gear:

- Plate carrier weighing a minimum of 6.8kg
- Rifle and pistol magazines (5 each)
- Hearing Protection
- Eye Protection
- A2 flash hider/forward-directing muzzle device
- Hydration
- Snacks
- Approximately 150 rounds per weapon system – 300 total.
